Vintage Cars, Sibling Wars, and Backseat Brawls

I was eight years old and running with a dime in my hand
Into the bus stop to pick up a paper for my old man
I'd sit on his lap in that big old Buick and steer as we drove through town
He'd tousle my hair and say son take a good look around this is your hometown

"Memories warm you up from the inside. But they also tear you apart."

Les belles américaines, parfum de nostalgie, mais aussi souvenirs d'enfance car dans NOTRE américaine - Kaiser Frazer- on voyageait à deux adultes et cinq enfants de 16 à 7 ans en sécurité mais de cette époque ...

Photo number 5 is from Toronto in the 1950s or 1960s.
The street sign saying Park Rd. is the giveaway because
of the distinctive shape of the sign. The signs for
Highway 11 are also the distinct Ontario design.

You wouldn't recognise the area today. It's all
highrise buildings with one of them being 78 storeys tall!

Thank you for your input, David. I knew the photo was taken in Canada but I couldn't pinpoint the location on a map. (I love Toronto, so many good memories there.)
